CHK Vaad HaKashrus is pleased to inform the residents of Crown Heights that, in recent days, a special production of turkey products was successfully completed under the supervision of CHK Vaad HaKashrus.
The shechita and production took place in Montreal, with shochtim from Anash, with careful attention to all aspects of the shechita, inspections, and production, in accordance with the halachic standards of the Vaad HaKashrus.
The products were produced by Yossi’s Cuts under the supervision of CHK, and include Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Sliced Cooked Turkey Pastrami, and Sliced Black Forest Turkey Breast.
The products, imported from Montreal, are expected to be available in the coming days in local stores throughout the community, for the benefit of Crown Heights residents and the broader public seeking high-quality products under CHK supervision.
CHK Vaad HaKashrus would like to thank the Chabad Rabbonim of Montreal, Rabbi Berel Bell, Rabbi David Raphael Banon, and Rabbi Moshe Stern, for their cooperation and valuable assistance throughout the process.
