The CHK Insignia: Every product bearing the official CHK logo is produced under the direct supervision of the Badatz of Crown Heights. Our rigorous mehadrin standards are applied at every stage; any production that does not meet these exacting requirements is simply not accepted and will not carry our seal.
Consumer Confidence: When purchasing meat, consumers should always look for the official CHK logo and original packaging. In addition, when purchasing from a butcher, restaurant, or food establishment displaying a valid CHK certificate or CHK insignia, consumers may rely on that certification and do not need to inspect each individual package. This mark serves as your guarantee that the product has been processed and approved according to our established kashrus protocols.
